Due to forecasted thunderstorms, we move to ZOOM!

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) is a series of gentle movements that activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating in the body. This movement of neurogenic tremoring releases muscular tension, calms the nervous system, and helps release deeply held tension held in the body. After a TRE® session, many people report feelings of peace and well-being. These sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Pay what you choose model. Please complete form below and be sure your name on your zoom is the same as the name on your form to be admitted to the zoom room!
