What Do I Do With All That I Hold?

Please join us for a beta test of a new workshop. Open to all healthcare staff from the Twin Cities area (EMS, Counselors, Outreach Workers, Police Officers, Fire Fighters, etc.) who experience vicarious trauma in their professional roles. This workshop will include somatic and experiential exercises that offer potential to support you in your professional life. This is NOT a therapy group to discuss vicarious trauma but instead, a skills based exploration where you will learn TRE, IFS tools, and more.

New Start date: Feb 21, 2025 from 2:30 - 4 pm. We will meet every other week for a total of 5 - 6 meeting dates. Please send a message if you are interested in participating!
